Tekoa Pouerie is a nationally respected CEO and faith-driven leader known for bridging compassion, community, and strategic solutions. As President and CEO of The Sharing Center—Seminole County’s largest and most comprehensive social services hub—she leads bold initiatives to eradicate homelessness and restore dignity to families in crisis.

A sought-after speaker and the author of I Am Courageous and Courageous Leadership, Tekoa equips audiences to overcome adversity, lead with compassion, and walk boldly in purpose. She also serves as Co-Pastor of Acceleration Church alongside her husband, Dio Pouerie, blending ministry with marketplace influence.

JOSEFA BENJAMIN

Retired Colonel Josefa Benjamin began her career with the Broward Sheriff's Office in 1993, ultimately retiring after 30 years of service as the Executive Director of Detention and Community Programs—the first African-American woman to hold the position. Following her retirement, she shifted her focus to Born On Purpose Project, a nonprofit she founded in 2014 with a mission to guide others on the journey to discover their God-given purpose. Josefa remains a steadfast advocate for community service and nonprofit impact, all while striving to be a living example of purpose, faith, and legacy for her three sons and grandson.
